Angel Hill Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Rossville, Indiana.
Designed by Ronald L. Kern, Angel Hill golf courseopened in 1967 as a 9 hole course. The second 9 holes were completed and opened for play in June 1999.
A distinctive feature of Angel Hill is that holes 1, and 9 through 18 are located in Clinton County, while holes 2 through 8 lie across the Wildcat Creek in Carroll County. The two are connected by a steel county bridge that is now part of the course.
Another unique landmark of the course is a small family cemetary dating back to the turn of the century. Located near the 15th tee. The graveyard is orginal to the farm that once occupied that portion of the course.
A number of small bridges cross the stream that runs through the course. The signature feature of Angel Hill is this small covered bridge connecting holes 15 and 16.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees the course plays to 6138 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4885 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 12, a par-5 that plays to 587 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 157 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 7, a 379 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 14, a 158 yard par-3.
